It was a bit of a learning curve to start up with the program because making timetable is a complex problem! The ability to do things like have a single period in which 1 course is taught to 2 separate classes at the same time by 1 lecturer is really great. Support was great - time spent on getting me to understand the functionality was most useful. I only used support once I had spent a week on the program, and in 20 mins I had all the answers that I needed. A happy user!
