The Basic plan is free forever and includes all the core features needed to create effective timetables. You can define time-off for teachers, classes, and subjects; add lessons with split or joint classes and teachers; and fine-tune your schedules using our intuitive drag-and-drop editor.

What is included in the Pro plan?

The Pro plan includes everything in Basic plus unlimited timetable generation, unlimited users & staff members (fair use policy), advanced controls like class teacher assignment, workload limits, PDF/Excel exports, staff substitution & leave management, advanced analytics, and basic email & website chat support.

What makes Max different from Pro?

Max includes everything in Pro plus advanced student-level timetabling capabilities, course choice systems for students, teacher qualification-based assignments, room capacity & preference management, conflict optimization engine, premium support, dedicated relationship manager, implementation support, and a Done-For-You option where our team can prepare the timetable for you if required.
