Max plans include AI Agent credits, and Enterprise plans have custom credit allocations based on your needs.

Yes. Every school starts with a 10-day free trial of the Pro plan, with no credit card required. You can add your data, generate timetables, and try substitution, leave management and integrations. Downloading timetables as PDF or Excel comes with a paid plan.

If you have not chosen a plan by then, the account is locked. You can still sign in, choose a plan, manage billing or delete your account, but timetables and the rest of the platform are unavailable until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing unlocks everything straight away.

The Pro plan includes unlimited timetable generation, unlimited users & staff members (fair use policy), advanced controls like class teacher assignment, workload limits, PDF/Excel exports, staff substitution with AI-powered automatic substitute/cover planning, leave management, advanced analytics, and email, WhatsApp & video call support.

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time without any penalty or cancellation fees.

Yes. Once you cancel, future charges stop and your plan does not renew. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and for 7 more days after it, so you can renew without interruption. After that the account is locked until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted: your timetables, staff and settings are kept, and subscribing again restores everything.

No, we do not offer refunds for unused time. However, you will retain full access to all your paid features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
